Enrollment & Agreement
- By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
- Terms and policies are applicable to all students.
- Mizan Academy may revise these terms at any point in time.
Communication Policies
- Official channels: WhatsApp (+93744300061) and info@mizanacademy.org.
- Do not discuss payments or contact details directly with teachers.
- All concerns should be conveyed through the Communication Team.
Attendance & Scheduling
- Students should be prepared 5 minutes prior to class time.
- Notify administration in advance for any holiday or leave.
- Camera must be turned on during classes to enhance learning.
- Eid Holidays are paid leaves for teachers (no makeups/refunds).
Academic Management
- Requests for teacher changes will be processed promptly.
- Academy reserves the right to change teachers for quality purposes.
- Qualified substitutes assigned during temporary teacher absences.
Gifts & Ethical Standards
- Teachers are strictly prohibited from soliciting gifts or cash.
- Appreciation gifts must be handled through the communication team.
- Maintaining teacher-student integrity is our highest priority.
Intellectual Property
- All course content is the property of Mizan Academy.
- Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
